Tamtorque: Our guide to the tamper-proof clamp

Guide
1. Move the tamtorque buckle underneath the screw.
2. Using a special drill bit adaptor unscrew the clamp.
3. Pass the tail of the clamp through the U channel on your signpost or fixing and re-tighten the clamp using your drill.
4. Pass through a couple of inches of the tail and engage the tamtorque buckle on (about) the fourth perforation.
5. Carry on tightening and position if needs be, and then tighten to the recommended working torque.
6. Once completed, push the remaining excess through the tamtorque buckle for a safe and neat installation.
Versatile, tough and corrosion resistant
Tamtorque fits almost any size of post, ranging from 55mm to 340mm in diameter. Manufactured from high strength stainless steel and with a hardened tamper-resistant screw featuring a unique seven sided socket. Offering unrivalled strength compared to other adjustable fixing systems. Tamtorque can often be used in place of more expensive and difficult to use bracketry secured with nuts and bolts.
