P-CLIPS FOR PIPES CABLES & HOSES
APPLICATIONS
JCS P-Clips are used in many industries for fixing pipes, hoses, cables and
groups of cables. Their rubber covers enable them to clamp the pipes or cables firmly without chafing or damaging the surface of the item being clamped.
JCS DESIGN FEATURES
- Snug fitting TPE rubber liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of pipe or cable, and water penetration into the clamping area.
- The P-Clip band has a special strengthening rib which keeps the clips flush with the surface it is bolted to.
- The zinc plated version is heavily electro zinc plated on all surfaces including the edges for the very best corrosion resistance.
- The Stainless version is made from marine quality 18/8 Stainless Steel.
- The upper hole is elongated to allow for any adjustment that may be necessary and to help line up the fixing bolt when fitting.
- The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant.
- A high temperature TPE liner is also available.
- Other liners can be supplied to special order.
- Non-standard sizes can be supplied to special order
- Other widths and hole sizes can be supplied to special order.
- Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
